The protection and lawful processing of your personal data is a key concern for us, The Ardore DS e.U. (in succession short TheArdore). We aim to make data processing transparent and inform you in this privacy notice about how your personal data is processed. This also applies to any personal data collected in the future.

You are required to provide us with the personal data necessary for the proper execution of the contractual relationship and which we are legally obligated to collect. If you choose not to provide this data, we may be unable to conclude the contract or fulfill the order. Furthermore, we may not be able to continue executing an existing contract or order in such cases. Purposes and Legal Basis of Data Processing

Unless otherwise specified in this privacy notice, the legal basis for processing your personal data is as follows: The legal basis for obtaining consent is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The legal basis for processing necessary to fulfil our services and carry out contractual measures is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The legal basis for processing to comply with our legal obligations is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. The legal basis for processing in pursuit of our legitimate interests is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legal basis for processing for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims is Article 9(2)(f) GDPR.

We process personal data in particular for:

  • for the fulfilment of contractual obligations or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (pursuant Art 6 Abs. 1 lit b GDPR):

The purpose of the processing is the processing of purchase contracts about products from the TheArdore range.

  • For the fulfilment of legal obligations (pursuant Art 6 Abs. 1 lit. c GDPR)

The purpose of the processing is to fulfil various legal requirements (e.g. obligations under the Federal Fiscal Code, the Commercial Code, etc.) to which we are subject.

In the event that we process your data on the basis of an order placed by third parties or your data is disclosed to us by persons because they are involved in the process or in our service (e.g. establishment of a contract), we may also inform you at this point about the data categories and the origin (source of the data). Within TheArdore, employees process your data only to the extent necessary for fulfilling contractual and legal obligations and legitimate interests. It may also be necessary or appropriate to share your relevant data with third parties (e.g., insurance providers, service providers we use, etc.). Data transfer occurs only to fulfil orders, comply with legal obligations, legitimate interests, or based on your prior consent.
