WHAT MATERIALS ARE the PRODUCTS MADE FROM?
All our leather products are made from 100% premium Italian leather, sourced exclusively from buffalo or cowhide. This is the finest upcycling: we use vintage leather or surplus leather that would otherwise have no use. Despite this origin, the leather is of the highest quality. Our latex items are made from the finest 0.4mm latex with hand-glued seams, crafted from 100% natural latex by Radical Rubber, known for its exceptional quality and durability. All our products are carefully and lovingly handcrafted in Austria and Germany.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LEATHER ITEMS?
- Cleaning:
To clean your leather items, gently wipe them down with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, we recommend using our leather cleaner „beGLOSS Premium 2in1 leather care“, which is available in our online store under the Material Care category. It’s the perfect solution for all your leather care needs. Avoid harsh chemicals that can damage the leather. - Storage:
Store your leather items in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, which can cause fading. Avoid hanging leather garments on sharp-edged hangers that might cause stretching.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LATEX ITEMS?
To maintain the condition of your latex products, adhere to the following care instructions:
Cleaning:
Gently hand wash your latex in lukewarm water with a small amount of mild soap or a specialized latex cleaner.
Pat it dry with a soft towel and allow it to air dry completely.
Aftercare & Storage:
To restore the latex’s natural sheen, apply a silicone-based latex shine spray once dry. For storage, latex can either be treated with a care product or lightly dusted with talcum powder. Store in a garment bag or wrapped in tissue paper, away from metals, oils, and direct sunlight to prevent discoloration or damage.

HOW DO I DETERMINE MY RIGHT SIZE?
To find the perfect size, please refer to our Size Guide.
For latex items, keep in mind that the material is very stretchable, which gives you some flexibility in sizing.
For leather products, such as collars, there is usually an adjustable range, ensuring a comfortable fit.

CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM SIZES?
Yes, we also offer custom sizes. If you have specific requests or would like a tailored piece, simply send us an message with all the details of your request via our Contact Form. Since each product is handcrafted with care, we will carefully review your inquiry and get back to you via email to let you know if and how we can bring your vision to life.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Since each of our products is handcrafted with the finest quality materials, delivery times can vary. Generally, it takes between 1 to 3 weeks to receive your order, depending on your specific address. We are committed to ensuring the highest quality in every piece, and we appreciate your patience as we complete your order with care.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally. If you have any specific shipping inquiries or need assistance with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please note the following:
Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. They must be in their original condition – unwashed and with all tags attached. Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
Process: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team for detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Each shipment contains a detailed description on how to return the items.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
